Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
In the UK: First Class; First Class tracked (signed for); Next Day Delivery options are also available
International: International Standard, International Tracked and Signed; other tracked options are available.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed between Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 1 -2 working days. If this is longer, we will contact you and let you know when your order will be processed. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, large volumes of mail due to special holidays such as Christmas, postal workers strikes and weather conditions etc.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have purchased basic postage such as First Class in UK or International Standard postage, they DO NOT come with tracking information.
If you want to fully track your order, please select the tracked postage options when checking out your purchase. That way you will be able to track your package directly on the Royal Mail website.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase – please read our return & refund policy below for detailed information about our processes.
Most payment cards are available through the secure Stripe gateway. You can also pay via Paypal or through Apple pay or Google pay.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to offer a refund for an item if faulty due to workmanship guaranteed one year after purchase, but due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund earrings once worn, unless they are faulty.
In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us in the first instance at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Then once, we have agreed a return, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Buyer (you) pays return postage.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product has been damaged by yourself in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund, but we can offer you a gift card with the amount paid if this is offered to you when you contact us.

Items damaged in post or lost in transit
Royal Mail considers an item as ‘lost’ if you haven’t received it 25 working days after the estimated delivery date. If after this period, you have not had your order, please contact me and I will offer a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
